RETURN & SHIPPING POLICY 

We want you to Swoon over your purchases, but if you need to make a return from an in-store or online purchase, our policy is as follows:
 
Formal Gowns Return Policy:
All full-priced formal gowns are eligible for store credit or exchange within 7 days of purchase. Items must be accompanied with original proof of purchase, unworn, with original tags attached.
  
Holiday Gift Return Policy:
Full-priced items bought between December 1st & December 24th can be returned through December 31st for exchange only. Items must be accompanied with the gift receipt, unworn, with tags still attached. 
Any sale or discounted items bought for gifts will still be considered final sale.

In Store & In Store Pick Up Orders:

Clothing and shoes are eligible for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Items must be accompanied with original proof of purchase, unworn, with original tags attached. In-Store Pick Up orders must be picked up within 14 days to be eligible for a store credit or the items will be considered final sale.

Online Orders (shipped):

Clothing and shoes are eligible for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Items must be accompanied with original receipt, unworn, with tags attached. Returns on shipped items must be postmarked within 3 days of receiving the return label via email (if tracking has not moved from "pre-transit" after the 3 days, the return will be canceled).

Final Sale Items Include: All accessories including hats, belts, sunglasses, scarves, handbags, jewelry, swimwear, pajamas, seasonal items (including game day & Mardi Gras styles), permanently reduced sale items, and any order where a discount code greater than 15% is used.

Each Swoon Boutique location is individually owned and operated. We cannot accept items from any other Swoon location nor can we assure that the store policies will be cohesive.

STARTING YOUR ONLINE RETURN
To start your return, please click here Please ensure all approved eligible items are included in the same package.  All orders being mailed back must be postmarked within 3 days of receiving the return label via email to be eligible for store credit. WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
All orders will be processed within 2 business days. Orders placed after 12 CST will ship next business day. Once the package has left our facility, if you selected our standard shipping option there is a 3-7 business day estimated arrival time. Expedited shipping is available and can be selected at checkout. Swoon is not responsible for items delayed by UPS. Please note delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. 
  
REFUNDS WITH SHOP PAY INSTALLMENTS OR SEZZLE? 
Shop Pay installment purchases are subject to Swoon’s standard Return Policy for items returned within 14 days of fulfillment. A refund can take up to 10 business days to be credited back to your account.
