HOLIDAY POLICY 

All gift purchases made between November 27 - December 24 are eligible for exchange only until December 31, 2023. Merchandise must be unworn, with tags attached, and have a gift receipt present at the time of exchange.

 

We want you to Swoon over your purchases, but if you need to return an item we totally understand! Read our Return Policy for both online orders and in store purchases below!

Final Sale Items include: All accessories (including hats, headbands, sunglasses, scarves, and bags), jewelry, swimwear, pajamas, seasonal items, Formal/Mardi Gras gowns, and all items discounted greater than 15%

 

IN STORE PURCHASES

For in store purchases, we offer exchanges and store credits on eligible items. Items must be accompanied with proof of purchase on unworn merchandise with tags attached. We allow 14 days from the date of purchase to return all eligible items. 
Gifts, with gift receipt, can be returned within 10 days of the original purchase date for an exchange only.
 
 

ONLINE ORDERS

Return Policy For Online Orders Being Shipped:

For online purchases that are shipped to you, we offer refunds, exchanges and store credits. Eligible items must be accompanied with proof of purchase on unworn merchandise with tags attached. We allow 14 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items. Returns on shipped items must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery date.
 
Return Policy for In Store Pickup Online Orders:
For online purchases that are in store pickup, we offer refunds, exchanges and store credits. Eligible items must be accompanied with proof of purchase on unworn merchandise with tags attached. We allow 14 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items.

STARTING YOUR ONLINE RETURN

To start your return, please click here or click the account tab in the upper right hand corner! Enter the email that is connected to your order to get started. A 6-digit code will be emailed to you that you will need to enter. Please ensure all approved eligible items are included in the same package.  All orders being mailed back must be postmarked within 7 days of the original delivery date to be eligible for store credit or refund. WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

All orders will be processed within 2 business days. Once the package has left our facility, if you selected our standard shipping option there is a 3-7 business day estimated arrival time. Expedited shipping is available and can be selected at checkout. Swoon is not responsible for items delayed by UPS. Please note delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. 

   

REFUNDS WITH SHOP PAY INSTALLMENTS OR SEZZLE? 

Shop Pay installment purchases are subject to Swoon’s standard Return Policy for items returned within 14 days of fulfillment. A refund can take up to 10 business days to be credited back to your account.
