Return & Shipping Policy

We want you to Swoon over your purchases, but if you need to return and your item meets the following requirements, we are happy to refund you in STORE CREDIT! Items must be returned (postmarked) within 5 calendar days of receiving the order.
Items must be unworn condition with tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items how signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage. We will process return within 3 business days of it returning to Swoon Lafayette. 
Customers will be refunded in Swoon credit and will be required to pay shipping costs when returning an item back to us. If purchased through your store credit will be processed through our storefront and available to use there. Only items purchased at Swoon Lafayette can be returned at Swoon Lafayette. Store credits issued by Swoon Lafayette can only be used at Swoon Lafayette.
All accessories, seasonal items, intimates, and discounted items are FINAL sale.
If an item is shipped back that doesn't meet the requirements, the package will be returned to sender or there will be a 25% restocking fee deducted from your credit.
IN STORE PICKUPS are eligible for exchange within 7 days from the DATE OF PURCHASE, not date picked up. 
Purchases in store are held for 30 DAYS and will be DONATED after the 30 day window if they are not picked up!


We ship all orders UPS Ground.
We ship weekly Monday - Friday and aim to get all orders out within 24 hours of your purchase! We do not ship on weekends.
