Return & Shipping Policy
We want you to Swoon over your purchases, but if you need to return an item we totally understand! We offer exchanges, store credits, and refunds for all eligible items accompanied with proof of purchase on unworn merchandise with tags attached. You have 14 days from the date of fulfillment to return all eligible items.
Final Sale Items include All accessories (including hats, headbands, sunglasses, and bags), jewelry, swimwear, discounted items, pajamas, seasonal items & formal gowns.
IN STORE PURCHASES
If you need to return an item you purchased in store, please visit our store location (1700 Kaliste Saloom Rd Suite 100A, Lafayette, LA 70508) to return your unwanted items.
If you need to return an item you purchased online, pease visit https://swoonboutiquelafayette.loopreturns.com/#/ to start your return. If you are not exchanging your item for something else, there will be a $10.00 return shipping label fee deducted from your refund. We don’t refund original shipping cost. Exchanged items will be shipped to you once we have received your returned item. WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
All orders will be processed within 2 business days. Once the package has left our facility, if you selected our standard shipping option there is a 3-7 business day estimated arrival time. Expedited shipping is available and can be selected at checkout. Swoon is not responsible for items delayed by UPS. Please note delivery times do not include weekends or holidays.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Expect a refund confirmation within 3-5 business days once your return has arrived back to our store. Refunds are calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. Although we try our best, we cannot guarantee the return will be processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.
REFUNDS WITH SHOP PAY INSTALLMENTS OR SEZZLE?
Shop Pay installment purchases are subject to Swoon’s standard Return Policy for items returned within 14 days of fulfillment. A refund can take up to 10 business days to be credited back to your account.
