We are currently looking for someone analytical & creative to join our Swoon Sis Team! Are you passionate about marketing, love all things social media, & can’t get enough of fashion and trends? Job Description:

  • Organize & execute photoshoots, edit photos (Lightroom), and upload to website (Shopify)
  • Sending weekly emails & texts via Klaviyo
  • Create & share engaging, on-brand content (carousels, reels, graphics) across Instagram, Facebook, & TikTok
  • Updating the website with new graphics, products, collections, etc.
  • Designing graphics on Canva to promote events, sales, drops, new products, etc.
  • Plan & execute social media campaigns including: paid ads (Meta Ads Manager) & collaborations to achieve sales goals
  • Help collaborate about new ideas, collections, and more to help boost sales & engagement
  • Knowledge about current products and trends to help assist customers over the phone, DMs, and support email
  • Monitoring all social channels, responding to customer inquiries promptly via comments, messages, mentions, & fostering positive interactions with followers
  • Revisit emails, ads, campaigns, etc. and interpret the results to better understand how to grow in the future
  • Staying informed on latest trends on social media: including platform features & adjusting strategies accordingly

Qualifications & Abilities:

  • Proven work experience in digital marketing, social media, or fashion
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify’s e-commerce system
  • Knowledgable on SEO & how to strengthen online presence
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager
  • Understanding Google Ads and Analytics is a PLUS!
  • Willing & able to grow your skills individually

Schedule & Benefits:

  • Position is NOT remote. Must be local to Lafayette and available 40 hours/week in store with the additional posting on the weekends (a collective of 2 hours max)
