Online Return Policy: Clothing and shoes are eligible for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase (7 days for formal gowns). Items must be accompanied with original receipt, unworn, with tags attached. Returns on shipped items must be postmarked within 3 days of receiving the return label via email (if tracking has not moved from "pre-transit" after the 3 days, the return will be canceled).
